AIRC and the George Mason University Costello College of Business’ Greg and Camille Baroni Center for Government Contracting cordially invite you to participate in a webinar on Agility through Appropriations, the subject of a recent AIRC research report.

The webinar will discuss the equities and tensions between Congress and the Department of Defense (DoD), how those tensions impact the acquisition of weapon systems, and opportunities and challenges of colorless funding and portfolio management of funds.

Sharing their insights will be AIRC Chief Scientist Dr. Philip Anton; Dan Sennott, former HASC Staff Director and now Partner at Holland and Knight; and HON. John Whitley, former Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) and now Commissioner on the Congressional directed PPBE Commission. Stephanie Halcrow, who is an AIRC Fellow and Baroni Center Senior Fellow, will moderate.

Attendees can earn one Continuous Learning Point (CLP) and one Professional Development Unit (PDU) for this webinar.
